Business Development Manager

Full-time position for Business Development Manager in charge of expanding the market for Phi Optics products

  • Develop the client base for the product(s) by approaching and initiating contact, and by networking with individuals, dealers, distributors, and other organizations.
  • Connect with existing clients, potential clients, and collaborators either individually or with the local distributor, setting and managing both client and partner expectation.
  • Assist in managing the contracted distributors in the region to ensure effective sales/marketing activities are undertaken.
  • Attend seminars, symposia, and exhibitions to provide support at these events.
  • Provide reporting on sales and market developments to the Company management team.
  • Work closely with Company CEO to understand Company business requirements and translate these into Sales/Marketing tasks

Skills and qualifications

  • Prior business development experience in lab equipment market including optical microscopy and flow cytometry
  • Preferred and a plus: Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
